Refund policy

We want you to feel good about the piece you receive from Elysian. Because each adornment is individually handcrafted, slight variations in natural stones, shape, texture, and wirework are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects. 

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage after use may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to preference, sizing, or change of mind. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, or damage resulting from use inconsistent with the provided care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Because pieces may begin being prepared shortly after an order is placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

Handmade & Natural Materials

Each Elysian piece is individually made by hand. Natural gemstones may vary in color, shape, pattern, size, and texture. Minor variations in handmade wirework are also expected and contribute to the individual character of each piece.
